We are all busy. We know exercise is important and we want to get it in, but ofte times the 150 minutes of exercise that is recommended by the The CDC can seem impossible or overwhelming. In our computer, desk job, communting culture, It’s hard to make the time needed to fit in enough exercise to meet the recommended 150 minutes. Well…the GOOD news is the CDC says that the amount of time can be broken up into 10 minute intervals if neccesary.
