HOW DOES IT WORK?
Small Group Structure
We weren’t meant to go it alone! You’ll be placed in a group of four to six women journeying together.
Weekly meal and exercise plans
We’ll provide you with plans to help you maximize your work outs and help you plan for healthy, balanced meals.
You’ll receive templates and coaching on how to make healthy goals.
You will be required to check in with your team every day in your private Facebook group.
Nutrition and exercise educational videos
You’ll receive videos explaining each step of your process including nutrition, exercise and much more.
Access to healthy living documents
You’ll receive resources to help you create measaurable goals, realistic plans that fit your busy lifestyle, and other educational documents.
Prior to day 1 of the program you will receive:
- Numerous resources to prepare, equip, and educate you on all the specifics of the program
- Connection with the other women in your private Facebook group
