Wellness coaching is a client centered approach, where a certified wellness coach empowers clients to achieve measurable goals related to health and wellness. As your coach, I’m here to listen to your story, learn about changes you desire to make, and help you become a woman that strives for real health. Who is a good fit for Wellness Coaching?
Anyone can be a good fit for wellness coaching, but I only work with women. Wellness Coaching is most successful with people who are just feeling stuck. They are needing help with how to break unhealthy habits and how to set up successful new habits.

Your health is worth it! I believe more joy is found in life when we feel healthy and when we are healthy! It’s motivating and empowering in all areas of life when you feel good! Being healthy benefits every area of our lives, from our brain, to our emotions, to our physical wellbeing.
What is your commitment as a wellness coach to me as a client?
As your coach, I’m committed to being a good listener who is authentic and genuine with you. I’m here to support you in whatever you believe is best for your health. I’m here to support you in fighting for real health. A health that is not all about physical appearance, but instead physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
Consistency is important in seeing results from Wellness Coaching. Our initial meeting is always free when clients at looking at One on One Coaching Packages. I believe in meeting people, hearing their story, and deciding together if being in a client/coaching relationship will benefit the client. After the initial free consultation, if the client decides to continue with Wellness Coaching, then we talk about where to go from there. Pricing information can be found here.
Are there other Support Options?
If you are in a season where wellness coaching would not be the best option for you, you can consider the following two wellness Packages. They are one time packages that offer a great jumpstart to health.
